Add colour to your vegan braai dishes with a few colourful vegetable kebabs.
2 white onions
1 red onion
1 pack patty pans
1 pack baby marrows
1 red bell pepper
1 yellow bell pepper
½ tsp fresh herbs
½ tsp cayenne pepper
100 ml olive oil
Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
Wooden kebab sticks
Dice various vegetable into inch squares. Spear onto kebab sticks in alternating colours.
Mix olive oil, herbs, cayenne pepper, salt and pepper in large flat bottomed dish.
Roll kebabs in oil mix. Braai over a low flame until cooked.
Enjoy with your favourite Vegetarian braai-flavour sausages, as well as potatoes and onions baked in foil in the coals.
