High in protein and guilt free, this makes for a light dessert or healthy breakfast. What a pleasure!
Ingredients
2 cups almond milk
3 Tbsp agave nectar
1 mango or 230 g / 8 oz frozen mango
Zest of ½ lemon
½ cup chia seeds
1 cup fresh blueberries
Method
Blend first 4 ingredients until very smooth. Pour into a quart / 1 litre glass jar.
Add chia seeds and mix well. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
Serve with fresh blueberries and enjoy!
