Here is a yummy custard recipe for you, that is free from eggs and dairy.
1½ cup soya milk
2 tsp brown sugar
2 Tbsp vegan margarine
3 heaped Tbsp corn flour
1 Tbsp Vanilla extract
Bring all ingredients to a gentle simmer, whisking continuously.
Enjoy this lovely smooth, vegan custard poured hot over sliced bananas, with your favourite baked pudding, or simply on it’s own.
