Looking for a vegan twist on buffalo wings? These buffalo cauliflower bites are perfect for that pre-game snack!
1 cup almond milk
1 cup whole wheat flour
2 tsp garlic powder
1 head of cauliflower, chopped into pieces
1 cup buffalo or hot sauce
Preheat oven to 450° F / 230º C
In a bowl, combine and stir almond milk, flour, and garlic powder.
Roll the cauliflower in the mixture and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Cook for 15-18 minutes.
Remove the cauliflower from the oven and cover with your favorite buffalo or hot sauce. Cook for an additional 6-8 minutes.
This is just the perfect snack to have with a cold vegan beer!
