Did you say ‘vegan’ chocolate mousse? Yes! This divine recipe will have everyone’s eyebrows raised. They simply will not believe how easy it is to make.
– serves 2 so you might need to double or treble up
2 ripe bananas
2 heaped Tbsp cocoa powder
2 Tbsp smooth peanut butter
¼ cup soymilk
Add all ingredients to blender and whizz until smooth. And voilà!
Best served cold, with fresh strawberries, cashew nut cream or any topping of your choice.
